Matt Harmon
Matt Harmon has been a tremendous addition to the World Baseball Academy staff serving as the RBI Director of Fort Wayne.
Harmon is a Fort Wayne native and attended Bla
ckhawk Christian High School. He had the opportunity to play collegiate baseball at Indiana Wesleyan University. During his high school and college years, Harmon was a valuable asset to the Wildcat Program serving as a Site Director for several summers.
Harmon has had the opportunity to really gain some great experience in understanding the baseball community within Fort Wayne. He has been heavily involved with Southside High School serving as their head baseball coach, long-time coach with Wildcat, and has continued to assist with various Little Leagues in the area.
His personal passions align directly with the mission of the World Baseball Academy. His role is heavily focused on using the game of baseball to develop leadership skills in athletes. The role of RBI Director is a great match for his passion and focus!
