Registered Players also can register for a Strength/Conditioning six week program for only $30!!

This instructional program will be a Six-week progressive training session that focuses on position specific training for infielders.  This program allows athletes to further their knowledge, understanding, and skill level to become a successful infielder.

For Six Weeks each player will take part in a comprehensive warm-up routine, drill work, mental preparation, as well a live fielding.  This program will also incorporate hitting fundamentals into the last 15 minutes of each session. 

The Infielder's training program will include competitions and game situations to help prepare the athletes physically and mentally for their next step in their career.
