World Baseball Academy is a 501c3 nonprofit organization.

The vision of World Baseball Academy is to develop leaders who positively impact our world.

MISSION

The mission of World Baseball Academy is to use the platform of baseball to exemplify excellence and leadership beyond the game. WBA serves 8,000+ boys and girls each year through programs and activities that fulfill our mission.

FOUR (4) T's OF IMPACT

World Baseball Academy provides leadership development opportunities through our four (4) T's of impact:

  • TRAINING – WBA provides excellent baseball skills instruction infused with mentoring, for kids age 4 to 18, including FREE training and other activities for at-risk boys and girls through WBA On Deck programs. 
  • TEAM SUPPORT – WBA supports area athletes and teams of all sports by providing excellent indoor and outdoor facilities on our 26-acre ASH Centre athletic complex. WBA does NOT have its own teams or leagues; we serve those who do.
  • TOURNAMENTS – WBA’s Hoosier Classic youth baseball tournaments attract teams locally and around the Midwest and Canada, with play at the highest quality youth baseball park in northern Indiana, managed with WBA’s event planning expertise.
  • TRIPS – WBA creates life-changing overseas mission experiences for local teens, parents and coaches, helping them develop as servant leaders.
